The Garden of Remembrance and Comradeship (The Garden) is a memorial landscape and a rich botanical collection of woody plants. It is situated in Petanjci, one of the oldest villages (first mentioned in 1229) in the area, not far from the banks of the river Mura. The arable open landscape and the wetland woods along the river give a distinctive character to the surrounding, numerous interesting native flora and fauna can be observed in the vicinity.
